Gregorio Uglioni

Gregorio Uglioni is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business transformation and customer experience management. Currently serving as an Associate Partner at Forward and the Head of Business Transformation at Kantonsspital Winterthur, Uglioni leads a team of over 20 individuals and drives strategic initiatives within the organization. As the founder and host of the CX Goalkeeper Podcast, Uglioni promotes insightful discussions on customer experience and leadership. Uglioni is also actively involved in various advisory and leadership roles, including membership on the AI Future Council and the CXPA Switzerland Board. With a strong background in managing customer experience teams and strategic projects, Uglioni holds advanced degrees in Banking and Finance and Wirtschaftsinformatik from the University of Zurich.
