Anusan Sivakumaran

Anusan Sivakumaran has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. They started their career as an Associate Consultant at imason inc., which is now part of New Signature, from September 2015 to October 2015. They then worked as an Associate Consultant at New Signature from September 2015 to December 2015.

Continuing their career, Anusan Sivakumaran joined Syncrude Canada Ltd. as a Software Developer Intern from May 2016 to August 2016. They later interned as a Software Developer at BlackBerry from January 2017 to April 2017.

In 2017, Anusan Sivakumaran served as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Waterloo from May 2017 to August 2017. They then interned as a Software Engineer at Connected from September 2017 to December 2017.

Anusan Sivakumaran expanded their research experience at the University of Waterloo, working as an Undergraduate Research Assistant from January 2018 to April 2018. They simultaneously worked as a Software Engineer at Connected from May 2018 to December 2019.

Anusan Sivakumaran joined Amazon in March 2020 as a Software Development Engineer and worked there until March 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Software Engineer II at Aware, starting from March 2023.

Anusan Sivakumaran began their education in 2009 at R.H. King Academy, where they pursued a degree in Computer Science, Robotics, and Computer Engineering. Anusan successfully completed their Ontario Secondary School Diploma in 2013. Following that, they enrolled in the University of Waterloo and studied Mathematics and Computer Science, earning a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from 2013 to 2018.

In 2018, Anusan further expanded their knowledge by joining Udacity, where they completed a Deep Learning Nanodegree in the field of Deep Learning until 2019. Additionally, in December 2018, they obtained a certification as a Professional Cloud Architect from Google Cloud Platform Certified.
