Elaine Kavanagh

Elaine Kavanagh is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in education and business development. Currently a training partner at Aware since September 2022, Elaine contributes to the Life Skills Programme, utilizing cognitive behavioural therapy principles to enhance personal development. As an adult educator for Cork ETB since February 2022, Elaine specializes in retail skills, customer service, work experience, and career planning within the Back to Employment Initiative. Elaine previously served as a Business Studies Lecturer at Cork English College, focusing on sales metrics and negotiation skills. Elaine's career commenced at Diageo, where work as a Business Development representative extended from April 1993 to January 2019. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies from Trinity College Dublin and additional training from Cork Training Centre in 2019.
