Niall O'Reilly currently serves as a Peer Connector for Crisis Resolution Services at Aware - Solace Café, focusing on providing support for individuals experiencing mental health crises. With extensive experience in business development and market strategies, Niall has been the Director for Business Development and Market Development at Accurate Group Ltd since 2007, where efforts to penetrate the Irish and Chinese markets have been pivotal. Previous roles include Director for China at the Irish Exporters Association, where Niall developed the ‘Asia Trade Strategy Policy 2011 – 2015,’ and Vice President for Asia at AEP Networks Inc., where a Pan-Asia market-entry strategy was devised. Niall's earlier career includes leadership positions at Marrakech, Gateway, Dell Technologies, and Gartner. Niall holds a BA in Economics and Politics from University College Dublin and has studied at Beijing Language and Culture University.
