Alison Lim

Alison Lim has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. In their most recent position as a Transformation Hub Director at Aware Super, they led a team in supporting a transformation program to deliver digital services and reduce costs. Prior to that, they worked as a Policy and Strategy Consultant at First State Super, where they prepared responses for reviews and completed the business plan. Alison also served as the Chief of Staff at MetLife Australia, supporting the CEO and leading strategic initiatives. Additionally, Alison held a Senior Manager role at BT Financial Group, overseeing pricing strategy. Earlier in their career, they worked at MLC Limited in various positions, including as a Business Manager and Board Engagement Lead. Alison also gained experience in international banking through contract roles at Rabobank, Barclays Bank, and Salomon Smith Barney. Alison began their career as a Client Manager at Deloitte.

Alison Lim began their education by completing a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Law degree at UNSW from 1990 to 1994. Following this, they pursued a Chartered Accounting program at Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand from 1996 to 1998. Finally, from 2002 to 2005, they obtained a Master of Business and Technology degree from UNSW.
