Izzy Liao

Izzy Liao has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2004, they worked as a Developer at Winpower and ShangHai JiaoTong University Lab, where they contributed to the development of a distribution electrical network management software system. From 2007 to 2010, Izzy worked at HP as a Project Coordinator/Service Delivery Leader, where they were involved in projects such as HPSX and Run Book Automation. At UNSW Business School, they worked as a Dynamics Developer, Integration Developer, and SharePoint Developer/Administrator from 2010 to 2014. From 2015 to 2017, Izzy served as a Developer focusing on .Net, MS Dynamics CRM, and SharePoint at UNSW Business School. At UNSW, they held various roles, including Solution Analyst - MS Dynamics CRM/SharePoint/Azure, Tech Lead - Automation Services/Chatbot, and Business Analyst/Scrum Master. During their time at myBeepr, Izzy worked as a Senior Developer and later as a Scrum Master/Project Manager. Currently, they are employed at Aware Super as a Product Owner - CRM.

Izzy Liao holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of New South Wales (UNSW), which they obtained between the years 2020 and 2023. Prior to that, Izzy completed a Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University from 2004 to 2007. In addition to their academic degrees, Izzy has obtained several certifications including SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc. in July 2022, UNSW SDG Challenge - 2022 from UNSW in May 2022, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
