Rick Walters currently serves as the Senior Manager of Responsible Ownership at Aware Super, a position held since March 2023, where responsibilities include ensuring the implementation of responsible ownership initiatives for real asset investments. Previously, Rick held significant roles at GRESB, including Foundation Board Secretary, Chief of Standards and Innovation, and Infrastructure Director, contributing to the development of global standards for environmental, social, and governance performance in real assets. Other experience includes roles as General Manager of Sustainability at UGL Limited and Technical Director at the Infrastructure Sustainability Council of Australia, among others. Rick holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science from Monash University, along with an MBA from Deakin University, and is currently completing a non-accredited course at Small Giants Academy.
