Steven Travis

Steven Travis is an experienced executive in the financial services sector, currently serving as Group Executive for Member Growth at Aware Super since October 2021. Previously, Steven held the role of Chief Customer Officer at Sunsuper, where responsibilities included overseeing the customer journey and focusing on retention and member growth. Earlier experience includes leading strategic planning for Vanguard's Retail Division and driving customer engagement transformation at Sunsuper. Additionally, Steven has a background in establishing the Member Advice Centre and the Suntracker program at Sunsuper. Steven's education includes an AMP from INSEAD, a Company Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and advanced degrees in Organisational Leadership and Applied Finance, along with a Bachelor of Business in Accounting from QUT.
