Dr. Carla Woydt

Dr. Carla Woydt has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Dr. Carla currently serves as the Chief Impact Officer at CEEZER since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at aware_ THE PLATFORM, where they held the roles of Director of Sustainability and Head of Sustainability & Chief Curator from February 2020 to March 2022.

Before joining aware_, Dr. Woydt was the Group Lead Corporate Social Responsibility/Responsible Business Solutions at SGS Germany GmbH, where they worked from February 2018 to March 2021.

Dr. Carla'sprevious experiences include working at CDP - Global Environmental Reporting System as an Associate Director of Sales and Business Development from March 2017 to February 2018, and as an Account Manager of Reporter Services from June 2016 to March 2017.

Dr. Woydt also had a role in Corporate Social Responsibility at Montblanc from August 2015 to May 2016.

Dr. Carla started their career as a Junior Consultant at :response in May 2015, and prior to that, they worked as a PhD Position in Psychology at Freie Universität Berlin from October 2011 to June 2015.

Dr. Carla also has research assistant experience at the University of Potsdam from March 2011 to October 2011, and at Freie Universität Berlin from August 2009 to February 2011, where they conducted analysis of behavioral data, conference preparation, and literature research.

Furthermore, Dr. Woydt worked as a Research Assistant at the Max Planck Institute for Colloids and Interfaces from April 2009 to August 2009.

Dr. Carla Woydt's education history begins with their enrollment at Friedrichsgymnasium Kassel from 1995 to 2004, where they obtained their A-Levels. Dr. Carla then pursued their interest in biology at Freie Universität Berlin from 2005 to 2011, where they completed their Diploma degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General. In 2008-2009, they took part in an exchange program at Université de Montpellier II to further expand their knowledge of Biology. Dr. Woydt continued their academic journey at Freie Universität Berlin from 2011 to 2015, where they earned their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Comparative Psychology.

In addition to their academic achievements, Dr. Woydt also obtained the DRS Pro Business Certificate from Dahlem Research School in October 2014.
