Alessandro Chiarini

Alessandro Chiarini has held several senior positions throughout their career. Alessandro is currently a Shareholder / SVP Enterprise Authentication at Aware, Inc. since January 2022. Prior to this, they were the CEO/President/Co-Founder of Fortress Payments, Inc. starting in December 2021. Alessandro also worked as a Director Major Projects Advisory at KPMG US from November 2021 to January 2022. Before that, Alessandro was the Founder/CEO/Shareholder of Fortress Identity from August 2015 to December 2021. Alessandro also worked as a Sr Executive Consultant at HKA from March 2017 to October 2021.

Earlier in their career, Alessandro served as the Director of International Sales at Hill International from March 2012 to March 2017, where they implemented project control systems and focused on business development in Latin America. Prior to that, they were the President/Founder of Intuitive Systems from May 2002 to March 2012, managing complex implementations in government and enterprise applications.

Alessandro also has experience as a Project Controls Manager at Turner Austin JV from September 2001 to November 2003, where they integrated software environments and oversaw system administration. Alessandro worked as a Corporate Software Trainer at Centex Construction Group (now Balfour Beatty) from April 1998 to September 2001, and as a Project Engineer at Kiewit from November 1996 to January 1998, where they worked on projects at Miami International Airport and served as an estimator.

Alessandro Chiarini completed their Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural at the University of Florida from 1990 to 1996.
