Gina Rodrigues

Gina Rodrigues has over 15 years of experience in marketing and communications. Their most recent role is as the Vice President of Marketing at Aware, Inc., where they lead the marketing team. Before that, they held positions as the Senior Director of Marketing and Director of Marketing at the same company. In 2022, they became a member of Chief, a private network dedicated to driving women into positions of power.

Prior to their time at Aware, Inc., Gina worked as a freelance Marketing Communications Consultant, providing marketing expertise to various businesses for more than 15 years.

Gina also has experience as the Director of Marketing Communication & Project Management at Delta Energy & Communications, Inc., where they focused on establishing core messages and brand platforms, as well as leading marketing communications activities. Gina was also the Marketing Communications Manager at Trelleborg Group, where they developed and managed marketing plans and budgets for North and Central America.

Earlier in their career, Gina held positions at Xylem Inc., Southern New Hampshire University, Valassis, Griffin York & Krause, and Hellenic American University, where they gained experience in marketing, creative services, project coordination, and account services.

Throughout their career, Gina has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a focus on achieving organizational goals through integrated marketing campaigns and communication plans.

Gina Rodrigues has a diverse education history. Gina obtained a Master of Science degree in Operations & Project Management from Southern New Hampshire University from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Global Studies at the same university from 2009 to 2011. Gina also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising, Marketing, and Graphic Design from Southern New Hampshire University, which they obtained from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, they have a certification in Inbound Marketing from Hu, which they obtained in January 2020.
