Katy Waite

Katy Waite has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Katy began their career at British Steel in 2016, where they started as an HR Placement and later worked as a Human Resources Graduate. In 2019, they became a Human Resources Advisor and held that role until January 2022.

In 2021, Katy joined Away Resorts Ltd as a People Development Manager and then transitioned to the role of Regional People Manager in February 2023.

Katy Waite completed their education with a Master of Science (MSc) in International Human Resource Management from Leeds Beckett University in 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business from the same university in 2015. Previously, they studied at Franklin College Grimsby from 2010 to 2012.
