Andrea Napoliello is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and fulfillment management across various industries. Currently serving as Director of Fulfillment at Away since March 2020, Andrea previously held senior roles at ShopKeep, including Senior Director of Fulfillment Operations & Special Projects. Andrea’s background includes significant experience at Macy's, where oversight included operations for a high-profile cosmetics and fragrances department, and at The Princeton Review, where leadership in course operations and instructor management were key responsibilities. Andrea began the career as a Student Assistance Specialist at Spokane Public Schools and holds an MBA in Operations Management and Human Resource Management from Baruch College, along with a BS in Applied Developmental Psychology from Eastern Washington University.
