Ben Elsey is an experienced product manager currently serving as the Product Manager for the Guest App at Awaze since July 2024. Previously, Ben held the position of Head of Product Technology and IT at Boohoo Group PLC, where responsibilities included establishing IT and Product functions to launch a new market product. With significant experience at PrettyLittleThing.com as a Lead Product Manager, Ben managed the customer experience roadmap across global web and mobile applications and led product delivery teams. Earlier roles included Business Analyst positions at PwC and Verastar, focusing on software development projects and operating model assessments, alongside experience as a Recruitment Consultant during an industrial placement at Hays. Ben holds a BA in Business Economics from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
