Nicole Verma

Nicole Verma has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies in the accounting and billing fields. Nicole began their career as a Collections Assistant/EDI Coordinator at Valerus, where they were responsible for discussing late accounts with customers and maintaining customer account set up. Nicole then took on the role of Billing/Contract Specialist & EDI Coordinator, where they invoiced customers and maintained an up-to-date billing system. Nicole also acted as an independent liaison for sales representatives, collectors, and customers.

After Valerus, Nicole worked at James Edward & Companies as an Account Supervisor/Specialist. Nicole oversaw billing processing, trained and coached entry-level billing associates, and led and coordinated projects affecting domestic accounting. Nicole was also a key representative in testing and training the accounting ERP system, Encompass.

Following their stint at James Edward & Companies, Nicole joined Oceaneering as a Billing Team Lead. Their responsibilities included reviewing contracts, correctly invoicing customers, and providing input towards bid and proposal development. Nicole also reviewed bid packages.

Nicole's most recent position was as the Accounting Team Lead at AWC Frac Technology. In this role, they oversaw all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable for the company's facilities. Nicole prioritized payment processes for suppliers, issued receivable invoices to customers, and managed the company's bank account.

Nicole Verma began their education at Tomball High School, where they earned their Diploma of Education from 1994 to 1999. Nicole then pursued an Associates Degree in Graphic Design at Tyler Junior College from 2000 to 2004. Following that, Nicole enrolled at Lone Star College from 2017 to 2018, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Accounting and Finance. Currently, from 2017 to 2025, Nicole is studying at Sam Houston State University, working towards a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a specialization in Accounting.
