Greg Kennedy, MBA, P.E. has extensive work experience in operations and process improvement. Greg is currently the Director of Process Improvement, Engineering, and Service Operations at AWC, Inc., starting in August 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Operations Excellence Sr. Advisor at Rubicon LLC from October 2020 to August 2022.

From 2015 to 2020, Greg held multiple roles at Rubicon LLC and Huntsman, including Operations Support Engineering Manager, Operations Excellence Manager, and MDI-2 Production Superintendent. Greg provided technical support, strategic development, and performance management to their teams, and focused on work process monitoring, improvement, and barrier identification and removal. Greg Kennedy, MBA, P.E., obtained their Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Louisiana State University in 1995. Greg continued their education at the same university and earned a Master's degree in Business Administration in 2000. In 2011, they completed the Executive Development Program at Louisiana State University. Additionally, they pursued further professional certification and obtained the title of Professional Engineer in Chemical Engineering from the Louisiana Professional Engineering and Land Surveying Board in May 2012.
