Meenal Lele, P. Eng (AB, NS), PMP, is a Senior Instrumentation and Controls Engineer at AWC Solutions, specializing in water and wastewater treatment plants and various industrial process packages since July 2022. With extensive experience across multiple companies, including Fluor Corporation, SHM Canada Consulting Limited, Ausenco, and SNC-Lavalin, Meenal's expertise encompasses control panel design, instrumentation sizing, control automation development, and project management. A Master's degree in Applied Science from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation and Controls from Cummins College of Engineering supplement a solid foundation in engineering. Meenal has been instrumental in optimizing design and procurement processes and has actively contributed to innovation and research projects throughout a comprehensive career in the field.
