Richard McLaughlin is a seasoned finance professional with a strong background in strategic financial management and leadership. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at AWC Water Solutions since July 2019, Richard has held various senior finance roles, including Head of Group Business Finance & Strategic Planning at Noble Group and Financial Controller at SouthGobi Resources Ltd. Richard's career began at Ernst & Young, where significant experience was gained in assurance services. Richard holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from UBC Sauder School of Business and is a Chartered Professional Accountant, having earned the designation through CPA Canada.
