Chris Coyne

Chris Coyne is an experienced professional in human resources and reward strategy, currently serving as the Director of Reward & People Services and Head of Reward & Performance at AWE since April 2015. Responsibilities include developing the reward strategy, managing performance frameworks, and providing executive support to the Remuneration Committee. In addition, Chris acts as an External Advisor for the Remuneration Committee at The Royal College Of Nursing Of The United Kingdom. Previous roles include Group Head of Reward & HR Services at City & Guilds of London Institute, Reward Manager at DTZ, and positions at Perot Systems and Campbell Birch. Chris began a career in leadership as a Commissioned Officer in the Royal Navy. Educational credentials include a BSc (Hons) in Organisational Studies from Lancaster University and an MSc in Strategic Human Resource Management from Malpas Distance Learning.
