Elaine King

Elaine King has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Service Development Manager at AWE since March 2005, with progressive roles including HR Project Manager for Talent Acquisition, Service Development Manager - HR, HR Governance Lead, and Resourcing Governance Lead. Elaine is responsible for overseeing all systems, policies, processes, and procedures within the HR Resourcing team at AWE, an organization recognized for its unique contributions to UK defense and commitment to a positive working environment. Prior to AWE, Elaine worked as an Office Administrator/PA at Highfield Human Solutions from 2003 to 2005. Elaine holds a BA in Business Studies from The University of Sheffield and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Farnborough College of Technology.
