Kevin Thompson

Kevin Thompson (MBA) possesses extensive experience in operations and manufacturing leadership. Currently serving as the Operations Transformation Director at AWE, Kevin has previously held senior roles at Rolls-Royce, including Senior Vice President and Vice President of Manufacturing. Kevin's experience also includes a position as Processing Performance and Continuous Improvement Director at Royal Mail. At BAE Systems, Kevin occupied various roles, such as Head of Aerostructures & Final Assembly for the Hawk program, as well as roles in Final Assembly and Manufacturing Management. Kevin Thompson holds a degree from the University of Lincoln, attended from 2004 to 2005, and is a graduate of Goole Grammar School.
