Maria Siska is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations transformation, product management, and project management within the technology sector. Currently, as Director of Operations Transformation and Head of PreSales Operations at Omilia since September 2016, Maria has successfully established key functions, designed strategic plans, and provided leadership to teams to enhance business processes. Previous roles include Fixed & Mobile Convergence Program Manager at Vodafone, where Maria managed complex IT programs and facilitated organizational transformation, alongside various IT leadership positions focusing on project delivery and relationship management. Maria holds a Master of Science in Information Technology: Business Information Systems from Keele University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of East Anglia.
