Lisa Perkins

Lisa Perkins has a strong background in the finance and mortgage industry, with extensive experience in various roles. Lisa started their career in 1995 as a Loan Officer at First Plus Financial and later worked as a Loan Officer at RealNet Financial. In 2000, they became the Owner of North Dallas Financial, a contract processing company.

Lisa'scareer then progressed into management roles, starting with their position as a Secondary Marketing Manager at United Lending Partners in 2000. Lisa joined BSM Financial as a Product Development Manager in 2004 and later moved to Supreme Lending as a Product Development Manager and Project Manager.

In 2012, Lisa joined Highlands Residential Mortgage as a Product Development Manager and was later promoted to VP System Development. Lisa continued to expand their skills and responsibilities, taking on the role of Website Developer during their self-employment in 2013.

In 2014, Lisa joined Awesome Technologies Inc. as the EVP Mortgage Solutions, where they provided virtual system administrator managed services and assisted with LOS implementation.

Throughout their career, Lisa has demonstrated a strong ability to manage projects, develop products, and provide administrative support in the mortgage industry.

Lisa Perkins completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management at Angelo State University from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Texas Tech University between 1990 and 1994. Additionally, they earned another BBA degree with a focus on Business from Texas Tech University from 1992 to 1994. Lisa Perkins also attended Angelo State University from 1980 to 1982 to obtain a General education degree, with no specified field of study.

In terms of certifications, Lisa Perkins acquired the Honor Society certification from The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi in November 2022. Furthermore, they received the Encompass Admin Certification from Ellie Mae in April 2016.
