Nancy Nix

Nancy Nix has a diverse work experience in various leadership and management roles. Nancy started their career in 1990 at the DuPont Company, where they worked in manufacturing and supply chain roles for five years. In 1995, they became the JVP of Logistics at Reliance. Nancy then joined the TCU Neeley Center for Supply Chain Innovation in 2001 as the Director of Supply & Value Chain Center, a position they held until 2009. From 2009 to 2013, they served as the Executive Director of the EMBA Program at Texas Christian University - M.J. Neeley School of Business. Finally, they worked at AWESOMELeaders.org, first as the Executive Director from September 2014 to December 2017, and then as the Executive Director Emeritus from January 2018.

Nancy Nix holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, which they obtained between 1996 and 2001.
