Bart Heerikhuisen

Bart Heerikhuisen is a seasoned engineering and coaching professional with extensive experience in both technical and managerial roles. Currently serving as a Senior Proposal Engineer and Concept Engineer at AWL-Techniek since December 2018, Bart has held various positions across multiple organizations, including Senior Engineer at Van Wijk Nederland and as an owner at Heerikhuisen Mechanical Engineering. A strong advocate for judo, Bart has contributed significantly to the sport through various roles such as Coach Adaptive Judo, board member for technical matters at Stichting Shoganai Judo Dronten, and Chair of the Technical Commission for Sambo Bond Nederland. Educationally, Bart holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Automation from HTS, completed between 1987 and 1991.
