Sjors Kamstra

Sjors Kamstra is an experienced Senior Robot Control Engineer at AWL-Techniek since September 2008, with additional roles including Lid OR and Robot Control Technician. From September 2021 to June 2023, Sjors served as a Hybride docent/coach at Hogeschool Windesheim for the minor "Fabriek van de toekomst." Previous experience includes a leadership role as Voorzitter van de waterpolo commissie at HZ&PC De Woelwaters and software engineering positions at Helmut Mauell GmbH, Frog Navigation Systems, and Boon Edam B.V. Sjors began a coaching career in water polo at ZV De Ham ZC, achieving a notable championship for youth in 1997. Academic qualifications consist of a Master’s Degree in Computing & Information Systems and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrotechniek from Hogeschool Alkmaar, complemented by earlier studies in Software Engineering at Liverpool John Moores University.
