Andrew Crews

Andrew Crews has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Andrew started their career as a Tax Professional at H&R Block, where they interviewed clients and provided advice on tax laws and filing status. Subsequently, they worked as a Payroll Specialist and later as an HR and Payroll Systems Administrator at Internet Brands, where they managed the development and maintenance of payroll and HRIS systems.

In 2014, Andrew started their own business as a Tax Preparer, providing tax preparation services as a self-employed individual. Andrew then transitioned to Edwards Lifesciences, where they held various roles, including Senior Payroll Representative, Payroll Supervisor, Associate Manager of Payroll, Manager of Payroll Americas, and Director of Payroll Americas. In these roles, they oversaw payroll operations, managed vendor relationships, designed and implemented payroll models, and led large-scale projects to improve team performance and payroll processes.

Currently, Andrew is working at AWP Safety as the Director of Payroll.

Andrew Crews holds a Master of Science degree in Taxation from California State University, Fullerton, which they acquired between 2016 and 2018. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accountancy at California State University, Long Beach from 2008 to 2014. During the same period, they also pursued a minor in Mathematics at the same institution.
