Bryan Brandstatter

Bryan Brandstatter has a strong background in corporate development and business operations. Bryan currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Area Wide Protective (AWP) since March 2021. Prior to this, they held the role of Vice President of Business Development and Commercial Operations at Harsco Rail from June 2014 to March 2021, where they implemented strategic growth plans and achieved record bookings results. Before that, Bryan worked at Wabtec Corporation as the Director of Corporate Development from April 2008 to June 2014, overseeing numerous M&A transactions and leading growth initiatives. Bryan also held positions at Raptor Partners LLC as an Assistant Vice President from September 2006 to April 2008 and at Aronson Capital Partners as an Associate from July 2000 to September 2006.

Bryan Brandstatter holds an MBA degree in Finance from Hood College and a BA degree in Economics/Political Science from Allegheny College. Bryan attended Peters Township High School but did not receive a degree from there.
