Gustavo Subiela's work experience includes executive roles in various companies. Gustavo is currently the Executive Vice President of Corporate Development at Modigent, where they focus on creating efficient mechanical and controls systems solutions. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President and Head of Corporate Development at Pueblo, a mechanical services provider.
Gustavo also has significant experience at Sodexo, where they held multiple positions such as Chief Financial Officer for New Food Models and Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions (Americas). In these roles, they were responsible for acquisitions, divestitures, and venture investments.
Gustavo has also served as a Board Observer at LifeDojo and a Member of the Board of Directors at NANA Management Services. Earlier in their career, Gustavo worked at Ernst & Young LLP as a Senior Manager in Transaction Advisory Services.
Gustavo also held positions at the Inter-American Development Bank, Arthur Andersen (Official), Chemotecnica Sintyal (acquired by Monsanto), and Estudio Ferrari Herrero y Asociados. In these roles, they gained experience in project financial management, audit and assurance, and tax analysis.
Gustavo Subiela has a strong educational background in finance, business administration, and accounting. Gustavo obtained a Master's degree in Finance, General from The George Washington University School of Business, where they studied from 2005 to 2007. Prior to this, they completed an MBA in Business Administration at the Instituto para el Desarrollo Empresarial de la Argentina from 1999 to 2001. Their educational journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Buenos Aires, where they studied from 1991 to 1996 and became a Certified Public Accountant.
In addition to their degrees, Gustavo Subiela holds the certification as a Certified Public Accountant, obtained in August 2005 from the VBOA - Virginia Board of Accountancy.
