Fernando Freitas

Fernando Freitas's work experience includes roles such as Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Marketing Officer at Awto and Awto Brasil respectively. Fernando has also worked as a Partner at Insight Ventures, where they focused on venture building and corporate venture solutions. Additionally, they have held positions as a Senior Business Designer and Business Designer at Applico, where they contributed to the design and development of business strategies. Fernando Freitas has also served as an MBA Professor at FIAP, specializing in entrepreneurship and innovation. Fernando is a founding member of Rainplan, a platform that connects property owners and incentives for stormwater drainage projects. Fernando has also been a Partner at F2 Investimentos, an investment fund that supports early-stage projects. Fernando Freitas co-founded Riba Share, a company focused on reshaping urban mobility, and Moike, a mobile app for managing company teams and processes. Prior to that, they were the CEO of EaDPLUS | Cursos Online, an online education platform.

Fernando Freitas completed their Bachelor of Science degree in General Studies (Math & Sciences) with a minor in Healthcare Systems Administration at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis from 2006 to 2009. Fernando then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Economic and Strategic Management at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2016 to 2017. In 2018, they obtained a Specialization in Entrepreneurship from the University of Pennsylvania. Currently, they are working towards a Master of Science degree in Financial Economics at Purdue University, starting from 2021 and expected to graduate in 2023.
