Antonio Sánchez-Redondo

Antonio Sánchez-Redondo is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of HR Retail Iberia at AWWG since January 2023, Antonio leads the HRBP retail team and collaborates with key HR functions to develop effective people practices and promote company culture. Previous roles include Head of HR at ECOALF, where a collaborative philosophy influenced decision-making, and HR Director at AhP Consulting, focusing on employee engagement and organizational design. Additional experience includes HR leadership positions at LOMONACO, SONAE, and Inditex, as well as earlier roles at Gucci, Banco Santander, and El Corte Inglés. Antonio holds a Management Executive Program degree from IE Business School and additional diplomas from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia.
