Johan's tenure at VF Corporation included multiple senior roles focused on Direct-To-Consumer operations for jeanswear brands and Kipling, with a comprehensive background in buying, merchandising, and retail management. Earlier career roles include Country Merchandiser at s.Oliver Bernd Freier GmbH & CO. KG and Head Buyer at Concept Fashion Group, along with owning a wholesale and retail fashion company, Fiever.
