Filip de Ville

Filip De Ville has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over three decades. Filip is currently working at AXA Bank Belgium as the Director of IT Delivery for Business & Channels starting in 2022. Before this, they held various positions at Crelan, including Director of IT Delivery for Business & Channels starting in 2022 and Director of Stream Technology from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, they were an IT Technology Manager from 2019 to 2019, IT Channels Manager from 2017 to 2019, IT Development Manager from 2014 to 2017, Infrastructure & Production Manager from 2005 to 2014, and a Project Manager from 1998 to 2005.

Earlier in their career, Filip worked as a Business Analyst at Fortis Bank from 1997 to 1998, a Business Analyst at Fintro from 1993 to 1997, and an Analyst-Programmer at L'Oreal Belgique from 1992 to 1993. Filip started their career as a Trainee in IT/HR at at&t in 1991.

Filip De Ville started their education in 1980 at Sint-Jozefsinstituut, where they studied without obtaining any specific degree or field of study. In 1987, they moved on to Sint-Jorisinstituut to pursue a degree in BWK Wiskunde (Math), which they completed in 1988. Following this, from 1988 to 1992, Filip attended Vrije Universiteit Brussel, where they earned a Licentiaat Informatica (Master Computer Sciences) degree.
