Charlotte Salisbury

Charlotte Salisbury has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Charlotte is currently the Head of Controls Assurance and Third Party Conduct Risk at AXA Health since September 2022. Prior to this, they held roles at Aviva, including Senior Compliance Manager, Senior Assurance Manager, and Senior CASS Assurance Manager, where they worked in the UK Wealth, UK Life & Health, and UK Savings & Retirement divisions. Before Aviva, Charlotte worked at Deloitte as an Assistant Manager and Senior Associate. Additionally, they gained experience at the University of Cambridge as a CAMBassador, at Tesco as a Property Finance Intern, at Murray Edwards College as a Sports Officer & Committee Member, at Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley as part of their Spring Insight programs, and at Creative Cover Hire as a Venue Dresser. Charlotte also served as Deputy Head Girl at Balshaw's High School.

Charlotte Salisbury earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge in 2015. Before attending university, they completed their A-Levels and AS-Levels in Maths, Further Maths, Computing, French, and General Studies & English and Critical Thinking at Runshaw College from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their GCSEs at Balshaw's High School from 2004 to 2010.
