Emma Wong

Emma Wong currently serves as the IT Strategy and Transformation Lead at AXA Hong Kong and Macau, overseeing project delivery, managing budgets, and developing cross-functional strategies. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Consultant at IBM, where Emma led various projects, including SAP Procurement implementation and HR Digital Transformation, focusing on process redesign and project management. Emma began her career as an IT intern at IKEA, where skills in report preparation and UAT documentation were developed. Emma holds a Master of Finance with a specialization in Financial Technology from The University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Management from City University of Hong Kong, complemented by an exchange program at the University of Leeds.
