Felix N.S. Cheng is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and delivery, specializing in data science and generative AI. Currently serving as the Assistant Project Management & Delivery Manager at AXA Hong Kong and Macau since May 2019, Felix has been instrumental in developing AXA's generative AI strategy, launching customized solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer service. Previously held positions include Senior Project Management & Delivery Analyst, where Felix led AXA's award-winning generative AI Glocalisation Strategy, and various roles in digital business analysis and software engineering across different organizations.
