Neil Cotton

Neil Cotton is an experienced professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as an MI Analyst at AXA Insurance Company since November 2019. With a career at AXA spanning over 16 years, Neil has held various roles, including Team Manager, Senior Claims Negotiator, and Claims Negotiator. Prior to the current position, Neil worked as a Motor Claims Change Executive, focusing on improving operational efficiency within the claims structure, which included initiatives such as on-shoring claims teams and developing requirements for a new claims system. Neil holds a BA Hons in History and American Studies from De Montfort University of Leicester, earned between 2001 and 2004.
