Frederic Clement

Frédéric Clément graduated from the ESC Business School in Troyes and holds a master from the ESCP Business School in Paris.

Before joining the AXA Group in 2007, Frédéric worked in consulting for Towers Watson and Accenture.

He became Global Head of Reward of AXA from 2007 to 2011; Director of HR, Communication & Corporate Affairs of AXA Bank Europe from 2011 to 2013; and AXA Global Head of Compensation & Benefits & International Mobility from 2013 to 2018.

From 2018, Frederic led the Integration Management Office at AXA XL which includes the overall integration planning and decision process related to synergies, communications and cross-functional interdependencies.

Frédéric Clément was appointed Global Head of Human Resources of AXA IM on 1 September 2021.
