Gemma Sanz

Gemma Sanz currently serves as the Global Head of Human Resources at MAXAM since July 2016, where membership in the Global Executive Management Committee involves leading the HR function and team in a global, multicultural environment with over 6,500 employees spanning more than 50 countries. Prior experience includes positions as HR Director for Johnson & Johnson in both Medical Devices and for Spain & Portugal, along with roles as HR Manager at Jazztel and Recursos Humanos positions at Alua and Accenture. Gemma Sanz holds multiple advanced degrees, including an Executive Leadership Development program from Esade, a Master’s in Human Resources from Centro de Estudios Garrigues, a Master’s in Educational Cooperation from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, and a degree in Psychology from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, as well as qualifications in Social Security and Labour Law from CEF Centro de Estudios Financieros.
