Matthieu Ducharme

Matthieu Ducharme is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private equity, currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Private Equity Secondaries at AXA Investment Managers since 2023. Ducharme previously held the role of Managing Director at Northleaf Capital Partners from 2013 to 2023, focusing on private equity secondaries, primaries, and co-investments in Europe. Prior to that, Ducharme was a Partner at the London Private Equity Futures and Options Exchange from 2010 to 2013, specializing in private equity secondary market advisory and derivatives brokerage.
