Francesco Lapia

Francesco Lapia has a diverse work experience, starting in 2005 as a Web Developer at Informan SNC. Francesco then moved on to Accenture Technology Solutions in 2007, where they worked as a Senior Software Engineer on the Vodafone Turkey project, specializing in Siebel CRM development. In 2013, they joined Reply as a Senior Software Consultant, working primarily on Fastweb's Siebel CRM Development Team as a team lead. In 2014, Francesco began working for Fastweb directly as a Digital Transformation - IT Project Manager. Most recently, they have taken on the role of Head of IT CRM at AXA Italia since 2019.

Francesco Lapia completed a Bachelor of Telecommunications Engineer degree in Computing from Università degli Studi di Parma from 2000 to 2004. Prior to that, they attended I.P.S.I.A Alessandro Volta from 1995 to 2000, specializing in electronic industries without obtaining a degree.
