Sara Fratus began their work experience in 1998 at UPS as a messenger/rater, where they worked until 2005. In 2001, they joined Bergamo as a legal research assistant before transitioning to AXA Italia in the same year. At AXA Italia, Sara held the position of Senior Claims Specialist from 2005 to 2015. Following that, they served as the Product Owner for the eClaims Transformation Project, and their tenure in this role is ongoing.
Sara Fratus graduated in Law from Università degli Studi di Milano in 2001. Sara also completed the Italian bar lawyer examination at Corte d'Appello Brescia in 2005.
