Marie Vacherand

Marie Vacherand serves as the Chief People & Communications Officer at AXA Partners since August 2019 and is a member of the Executive Committee, overseeing HR, internal and external communications, and corporate social responsibility. With extensive experience in strategic HR roles across various sectors, Vacherand has significantly contributed to the transformation and development of HR strategies for over 9,000 employees in more than 40 countries. Previous positions include Head of HR & Communications at Architas Multi-Manager, HR Director at MOTUL, and roles in business development and auditing. Vacherand holds a Master's degree in Management from ESCP Business School and various certifications in human resources, coaching, and leadership.
