Eric Berger

Eric Berger has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Eric started their career in 1997 as a Commercial Manager at UAP France. Eric then joined AXA en France in 1999 and held various positions including General Manager Southeast Region, Directeur Construction, Directeur de site, and Directeur des Affaires Générales Région Centre. During their time at AXA en France, they successfully led the reengineering and restructuring of the Construction Branch, making it one of the most profitable and fastest-growing lines of business for AXA Entreprises. In 2014, Eric joined AXA no Brasil where they served as Vice President P&C and later as General Manager AXA Assistance Brazil - CEO of AXA Partners Brazil. Eric played a key role in the restructuring and development of AXA Partners in Brazil, focusing on excellence in service, productivity, and long-term profitability. In 2018, Eric became the CEO of AXA Services Maroc, leading a company with 3,300 employees dedicated to serving millions of clients. Eric'sfocus is on improving customer experience and managing the quality of P&C claims handling, operations in Health, and Savings.

Eric Berger earned a Baccalauréat in Serie C scientifique from Lycée Clémenceau from 1982 to 1985. Eric then attended Lycée Clémenceau from 1985 to 1988, where they completed Classes Préparatoires with a focus on Maths Spé P'. Finally, from 1987 to 1991, Eric studied at CentraleSupélec and obtained a Diplôme d'Ingénieur in Engineering with a specialization in Ingénieur de Production - Manufacturing Engineer.
