Pascal Baur

Pascal Baur is an experienced professional in the field of IT and business management, currently serving as the Tech Lead for CRM S/4 Migration at AXA Schweiz since April 2022, focusing on the SAP CRM transformation into a new technology stack based on SAP S/4 Hana. Prior to this, Pascal held the position of Head/Service Owner of CRM Foundation at AXA Services Switzerland AG, overseeing key areas such as release management, lifecycle and security, and incident and problem management. Pascal's extensive career at AXA Group Solutions involved roles such as Head of CRM Operations and SAP Integration Specialist, managing project execution and SAP process integration. Additional experience includes managing application and IT change management at AXA Bank Europe and various positions in application management at VRSG and Helsana Versicherungen AG. Pascal holds advanced degrees in IT Business Management and Business Process Engineering from the University of St.Gallen and FHSG, respectively.
