Ana Esteban is a seasoned construction risk consultant at AXA XL since July 2025, with extensive experience in the engineering sector, particularly in renewable energy and industrial projects. Prior to this, Ana held various leadership roles at SACYR from October 2007 to July 2025, including head of innovation and engineering project manager for wind farms, as well as overseeing significant projects in renewable energy and civil engineering. Notable projects included the Talasa hydroelectric project in Colombia and desalination plants in Oman and Israel. Previous to SACYR, Ana worked as a project engineer at Canal de Isabel II and as a hydraulic design engineer at TYPSA. Ana holds an EMBA from EAE Business School, a degree in civil engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, and completed a leadership development program at EOI Business School.
