Anne Sheehy

Anne Sheehy currently serves as the Deputy Head of AI Research at AXA within the Group Emerging Technology and Data division since June 2021. In addition to this role, Anne has been the Head of Analytics for Risk Consulting at AXA XL since September 2018, where the focus is on developing data-driven solutions for clients. Experience includes serving as the Head of Property Pricing at XL Catlin since May 2004, where Anne has led advanced analytical projects to enhance underwriting decision-making. Previous roles include Vice President of Strategic Analytics and Pricing Actuary at XL Catlin, as well as a Reserving Actuary at Winterthur Insurance. Academic contributions include positions as a Scientific Researcher at the University of Zurich and a part-time lecturer in Statistics at ETH Zurich, complemented by an academic background featuring a Ph.D. in Statistics from the University of Washington.
