Kelly Pointer

Kelly Pointer is an experienced Employee Benefits and ERISA attorney currently serving as Associate General Counsel, Compensation and Benefits at AXA XL since 2022. Prior to this role, Kelly worked at Seyfarth Shaw from 2009 to 2022 as a counsel in the Employee Benefits Department and held attorney positions at Epstein Becker & Green, P.C. from 2006 to 2009 and at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati from 1999 to 2002 as a Corporate and Securities Paralegal. Kelly began their career as a Tax Associate at KPMG in the Real Estate Group from 2005 to 2006. Kelly is also pursuing further education at Flatiron School.
