Marty Szeber

Marty Szeber is a seasoned professional in data management and project leadership, currently retired since April 2022. Prior to retirement, Marty served as Head of Data Management for Enterprise Data Solutions at AXA XL since May 2019 and held multiple leadership roles at XL Catlin including Center of Excellence Team Lead for both Data Warehousing and Data Sourcing & Profiling since January 2015. Marty also contributed to the industry as a Project Manager and Vice President at XL Insurance and XL America starting in 2008. Earlier experience includes a tenure as Assistant Director at The Hartford in 2001. Marty holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Rensselaer at Work and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Boston College.
