Rafael Docavo-Malvezzi

Rafael Docavo-Malvezzi possesses extensive experience in risk management and underwriting within the financial services sector. Notably, Rafael served as the Global Chief Underwriting Officer for Political Risk Credit and Bond at AXA XL from September 2011 to June 2021. Prior roles include Senior Vice President and Global Head of Risk for Political Risk, Credit & Bond at QBE the Americas, as well as positions such as Senior Risk Manager at Exporters Insurance and Senior Consultant at MasterCard Advisors. Rafael holds a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy with a focus on International Relations and Affairs from The Fletcher School at Tufts University, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The American University of Paris.
